- 14 days for new clients, on any plan. A card is required. Unless you cancel before it ends, your plan and its one-off setup fee are charged automatically when the 14-day trial ends. That first payment is Launch £328, Operate £698, Scale £1,398; after that you pay the monthly price.

- Cancel any time from your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. No notice period.
- Changing plan
- Plan changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
- Money-back guarantee
- If you're not happy within 30 days of your first payment (after a free trial, the payment taken when it ends), email us or raise a billing ticket and we'll refund that first monthly fee and end your plan. The setup fee is refunded only if set-up work hasn't started; it can start during the free trial. One guarantee per business.

The one-off setup fee covers your initial business assessment, setting up your systems and document templates, your compliance framework and your onboarding sessions. Set-up usually takes 4 to 6 weeks.
The monthly price covers everything listed in your plan. If you use third-party software, such as accounting software, email or a domain name, you pay the provider directly. Work outside your plan is quoted separately and only goes ahead once you've approved it.
